Florida State (6-2) followed their victory over Florida by jumping on Stetson (3-6) from the tip, opening a 50-28 halftime lead and cruising to an easy victory. The Seminoles dominated in every category, shooting 53 percent from the field, 79 percent from the line, out rebounding the Hatters, and notching 18 assists versus only 13 turnovers.

The Seminoles showed excellent offensive balance with five players in double figures and two more finished with 9 points apiece, prompting coach Leonard Hamilton to proclaim, “We've made tremendous progress with making the extra pass and creating offense for each other.”

The Seminoles head into a series of four tune-up games before facing Providence on December 29th and Clemson on January 3rd.
